Payment
Payment in full is required prior to any order being dispatched. Failure to abide by this will result in order being delayed, until full payment received, or cancelled, if payment hasn’t been received after 5 working days. Payment methods are PayPal, Credit or Debit Card, Internet Bank Transfer and Cheque payments are permitted.

Photos
Inspiron Phot ensures that all photos shown on inspironphoto.com and photos provided to you, the Wholesaler, represent the product as well as possible.
The photos sent in the corresponding starter pack are the only visual representation of the product that can be used as the main selling photograph for each item. Each of the photo templates and pictures cannot be altered or adapted prior to Inspiron Photo's permission. Should you wish to design your own photo template,


Prices
Inspiron Photo work hard to ensure that prices quoted and technical specification information is correct. In the unlikely event of a mistake, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies at any time. Please note that your computer may display old pages from our site which are stored in your own computer's memory from previous visits - it is important you refresh your browser when viewing any pages on our web site to see the current prices and goods available.


Security
We realise that the internet is based on trust so we make security our number one priority. Our commitment to this will remain prominent for the future. Your details are held in our database, which are protected by username and password, and are never passed around or sold for marketing purposes. At no point are your details sent over an unsecured connection.

Delivery
You are responsible for the order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. We cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing once delivered. If any goods are received damaged you must notify Inspiron Photo within 48 hours of receiving them. Inspiron Photo must then be notified within 72 hours after the expected delivery time. If any goods are received faulty you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive to you due to errors made by yourself when entering the address details. Please ensure that you check all your details before confirming your order. Please also note deliveries made to business addresses or your place of work are considered received once they arrive at the address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is safely received.

Inspiron Photo is unable to give instructions to the delivery staff with regards to leaving items elsewhere such as with neighbours, or in sheds. Any such instructions entered on your order form will unfortunately not be possible.

Inspiron Photo give several delivery options for Wholesale customers as they progress through the cart with their order. Some delivery options come without a tracking number, and others do. We would recommend all Wholesale customers using a tracked postage method due to the value of packages, however should a Wholesale customer choose not to pay the little extra to upgrade to tracked, and an order get lost by the postal service, Inspiron Photo cannot be held responsible for a non-delivery.

General
All products purchased from Inspiron Photo are supplied with a free of charge 12 month manufacturer's guarantee but cannot be returned after fourteen days unless it is found to be faulty.

All products are subject to stock availability at the time of ordering. 

All prices exclude delivery costs, which will be added through checkout by the weight of the order.
